At Nusuk Umrah Visa, we believe in complete transparency. Please read this policy carefully before making a payment.
• All payments are processed securely via Razorpay (UPI, Cards, Net Banking).
• Payment must be made in full before processing begins.
• An official GST invoice (GSTIN: 36ABHFM2654C1ZG) is issued within 24 hours of payment.
• Payment confirmation is sent via WhatsApp and email within 1 hour.
• 100% Refund: If we are unable to process your visa due to our error or system issues.
• Partial Refund (Service Fee Deducted): If you cancel after document submission but before filing – service fee of ₹2,000 applies.
• No Refund: Once your application has been filed with Saudi authorities, government fees (₹8,000–₹10,000) are non-refundable regardless of outcome.
• Visa Rejection: If your visa is rejected by Saudi authorities (rare – <1% of cases), government fees are non-refundable. Service fees are refunded.
After your visa is approved and payment is complete:
• Driver Details: You will receive your transport driver/group coordinator details for Makkah and Madinah.
• Tafweej (Umrah Permit): We assist you in obtaining your Tafweej certificate which grants you permission to perform the Umrah rituals.
• Nusuk App Setup: Step-by-step guidance to register and set up the Nusuk pilgrimage app.
• Travel Checklist: A comprehensive checklist is emailed to prepare you for your journey.
