1. Cancellation Prior to Application Submission
If an applicant requests cancellation before documents have been submitted to Saudi Ministry systems, a full refund will be initiated minus nominal administrative bank charges within 5–7 business days.
2. Non-Refundable Government & Ministry Fees
Once an application has been processed and fees have been submitted to the Saudi Ministry portal for BRN and visa clearance, government fees are non-refundable as per Saudi Ministry regulations.
3. Rejected Applications
In the rare event of a visa rejection by Saudi authorities due to prior immigration overstays or blacklisting, our service team will provide full dispute assistance and review eligible refund components.
